Heather Hanson is the principal of SEA. She began her career with Robbinsdale Area Schools in 1994 as a teacher at Lakeview Elementary School and later at New Hope Elementary. She was a teaching and learning specialist in the areas of elementary mathematics and science at the district level. Her role as principal began at Sunny Hollow Elementary in 2009-10, followed by Neill Elementary School from 2010-15. She became Principal of SEA in 2015.
