Upcoming District Student Opinion Survey for Grades 4 & 5

The School of Engineering and Arts will conduct an annual student opinion survey with students in grades 4 and 5.  In an effort to include student voice, the district survey will allow us to gather student perspectives on  priority areas within our strategic plan: academic achievement, student engagement & wellness and school culture. 

The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes for students to complete. When results are reported, individual students will not be identifiable.

We value our students' opinions and believe this survey is an important tool that helps best meet the needs of our students. 

While families have the right to decline their student's participation in the survey, we hope to receive input from as many students as possible. The School of Engineering and Arts will administer the survey on Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25.  

Please contact your school by Tuesday, February 17, if you would like to opt out your student.
