​​​​​​​Technology and Device Protection Plan (DPP) 2026-27 School Year

Every year, each student is provided with a one-to-one device for use at school. We encourage families to purchase a device protection plan to help avoid unexpected costs that may occur due to theft or accidental damage while the device is in your child's care.

After completing your Educational Benefits application and receiving your qualification status, log in to the Infinite Campus School Store to purchase your Device Protection Plan. The cost of the Device Protection Plan is $25 per school year, per student ($5 per school year, per student for families who qualify for Educational Benefits).

Please also take some time to review the expectations and information regarding technology on the district website including the Device Information and Expectations for Rdale Families and Students and the Family and Student Technology Use Agreement. 

How to Pay the Device Protection Plan Online Through the Campus School Store

1. Go to myportal.rdale.org.  Login with your parent username and password.  (If you do not know your username and password, send an email to registrar@rdale.org).
2. Click on the Infinite Campus icon. 
3. Click on School Store on the left side of the screen.
4. Click on the icon of your student’s school. 
5. Click on the Device Protection Plan icon.  (If you have more than one student attending the school you selected in step 4, you will need to select a name from the Recipient Field Drop Down menu.)
6. Click the blue Add to Cart button. If you have additional student(s), repeat steps 5 and 6. 
7. For those families who have been approved for educational benefits, once the student’s name is selected, the price will automatically change from $25.00 to $5.00.  If you have not applied for educational benefits and would like to, cancel this transaction.  Once you are approved, it will take approximately 1 hour for the price in the Campus School Store to update. 
8. Click on My Cart. 
9. Add payment method; VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted (make sure you know the email where the receipt will be sent). 
10. Click Submit Payment.

The last day to purchase DPP is October 31st, 2026.
