As Robbinsdale Area Schools begins the search for its next superintendent, we need your input.
To launch the process, the organization helping with the search has created an online survey that can be answered in English, Spanish or Somali.
Paper copies in these languages and in Hmong are available at the Education Service Center at 4148 Winnetka Avenue North in New Hope. Please return completed paper surveys to the same location by Friday, Feb. 9, so they can be included with the online survey results.
The Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) is assisting with the superintendent search and will summarize stakeholder comments for presentation to the School Board. All responses to the survey will remain anonymous. Information from the survey will provide valuable input for the Board to consider as they move forward in selecting the next superintendent.
Robbinsdale Superintendent Search Survey
Please complete this survey by February 11, 2024, and thank you for your participation.
To see a complete timeline for the superintendent search, visit the superintendent’s page on the district’s website.
Save the date for a virtual Q&A session with MSBA
To ensure all district stakeholders have access to accurate information regarding search processes and expectations, MSBA will host a virtual Q&A session with MSBA at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24. Click here to join the Zoom session at that time.
All stakeholders are invited to attend the live session; however, to accommodate busy schedules as well as ensure access to search information, the session will also be recorded and made available on the district website for the remainder of the search.
Questions about the search process can be submitted anonymously in advance by clicking here: Submit Questions about the Search Process Here.
The deadline to submit questions in advance of the Q and A session is noon on Wednesday, Jan. 24. Attendees can also submit questions during the meeting using the chat feature.
We hope you can join MSBA for this overview of the upcoming search process. If you are unable to join us live, please visit the district website to watch the recording at a later date. Contact Barb Dorn, MSBA Director of Leadership Development and Executive Search, at 507-508-5501 with any questions.
