Construction Update

Last June, we embarked on an ambitious renovation of most of the School for Engineering and Arts (SEA). Now six months into our 16-month long construction schedule, I want to let you know how work has been progressing since my update nearly three months ago..

The magnet lottery for next school year is now open. Families interested in enrolling their student in kindergarten next year at FAIR Pilgrim Lane, Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion School or the School of Engineering and Arts are invited to apply through Friday, Feb. 24.

Sometimes Robbinsdale Area Schools may be forced to close school or shift to e-learning due to extreme temperatures or significant snowfall. 

Reading Corps

To support students who need extra practice and skill building in Robbinsdale, 14 tutors are needed throughout the district. If you or someone you know is interested in helping students build their reading, math or early literacy/numeracy skills, you’re sure to make a difference.


Now that it is colder and longer breaks are approaching, we are in need of some help with chicken care.

Tips For Staying Healthy This Winter

We are writing to share some important information about staying healthy and preventing the spread of illness throughout our community. During the months of colder weather, we see an increase of students experiencing symptoms of illness including fever, cough, and sore throat that are often seen in COVID, RSV, and Influenza.
