If your child is sick or is going to be tardy or absent from school, please remember to call the school attendance line to report the reason for the absence.  If you don't report the absence, it is recorded as unexcused. After 3 unexcused absences you will automatically receive an attendance letter. To prevent this from happening, call the following number each day your child is absent. SEA Attendance Line: 763-504-7210 prior to 9:30am so Ms Nicole is able to have your students attendance updated prior to the robo call for unreported attendance going out.

Join us for our 2nd Annual SEA Cultural Festival on Thursday September 24th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. 

The School of Engineering and Arts (SEA) has a partnership with Calvary Lutheran Church and Emergency Food Network to provide food on the weekends for children who attend our school. Our community is demonstrating a strong desire to provide our students with the healthiest learning environment possible both in and out of the classroom. SEA Elementary has joined with Calvary Lutheran Church and Emergency Food Network to provide the Weekend KidPack Program for families who are interested.

Attendance is one of the most powerful predictors of academic achievement and having your student in their seat, ready to learn for the entire school day will benefit them, their classmates, and our whole school community. Let’s work together to make sure your child has great attendance and can get the most out of their learning opportunities this school year. 

We are looking for some parent volunteers to help our school community. 

We ask the all families and visitors coming into the building during the school day stop in our office for a visitor pass. We use a security system called Raptor. This system is used to prevent unwanted visitors from entering our buildings and track those coming and going throughout the day.

Earlier this summer, Robbinsdale Area Schools launched the Annual Update for the 2026-27 school year, available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. The Annual Update requires families to review and update important student information—including transportation preferences, parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, annual opt-outs, and more—all in one place.

Your action is needed: If you want to view your child’s schedule and bus route information, you will need to complete the Annual Update, if you have not already done so.

Family pick-up will look a little different this year as we work to alleviate congestion and be more efficient for everyone. If your family regularly picks up your child/ren each week, please complete this google form to help us identify the families who will participate in family pick-up.

Our school supply lists have been updated for the upcoming year. The change is only to those grades that will be using a planner. The PTA is going to cover the costs of the planners for our students.

Students who attend Robbinsdale Area Schools must be in compliance with the Minnesota Immunization Law. Families have until October 15 to complete required immunizations or submit an exemption form.  

Every year, each student is provided with a one-to-one device for use at school. We encourage families to purchase a device protection plan to help avoid unexpected costs that may occur due to theft or accidental damage while the device is in your child's care.

We need your help! Meals are free again this year, but we still need all families to complete an Educational Benefits application each year.

Educational Benefits are about more than just free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch. Families who qualify may also receive discounts on device protection plans, band and orchestra instruments, and much more!

Bus stop information is still being finalized by the district. Once it is available, you will be able to access your child's transportation information through the Parent Portal.

As a reminder, if your child will be traveling to or from a child care provider (excluding Adventure Club), you must also complete the Child Care Transportation Form each year. Please keep in mind that it takes approximately two weeks for child care transportation requests to be processed, so we encourage you to submit the form as soon as possible if it applies to your family.
